ACE ALTERNATIVE is the owner of intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all features accessible on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds,              and software.

Any copy, representation, change, publication, adaptation of all or any part of features on the Website, whatever the means or process used, is banned, save in case of prior written permission from ACE ALTERNATIVE.

Any unauthorized use of the Website or any features therein contained will be considered as constituting an infringement and will give rise to proceedings as provided by Sections L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Law.

  1. Limitations of liability

ACE ALTERNATIVE may not be held liable for any direct and indirect damages caused to the user’s hardware while getting access to resulting either from the use of hardware not meeting specifications stated in paragraph 4 or from a bug or incompatibility.

In France, personal data are protected by Law No. 78-87, 6th January 1978, Law No 2004-801, 6th August 2004, Section L. 226-13, Criminal law, and European Directive of 24th October 1995, without limitation.

In any case ACE ALTERNATIVE will only collect personal information relating to the user for the requirements of certain services offered by The user will provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when ACE ALTERNATIVE enters such information itself. As provided by Sections 38 et seq. of Law No. 78-17, 6th January 1978 relating to information technology, files and liberties, any user will be entitled to get access to, correct and object to his/her personal data by making a signed written request with a copy of the identification documentation showing the signature of the holder of the ID, specifying the address where the answer should be sent.

No personal information of the user of will be published without the user knowing, or exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold in any medium to third parties.                               Such information would only be transferred to a potential buyer in the event of the takeover of ACE ALTERNATIVE and of its rights.
